Have a nice party ;)"15/11/16Thx 4 the reupload! Everything is good 2 go now!Nice game indeed 8/10. I'm not sure if this DLC was playtested before being released, I've played a few times and I can't get past the beginning of the story because it bugs out. The original game's bugs were frustrating but this is entirely unplayable here.. The High Crimes DLC is pretty much a splendid and fun continuation of the Party Hard of the original game and could be considered a mini sequel of the base game and this time with a brand no approach to the game that still keeps that Party Hard Genocide fun intact. The new DLC aims to capture what made Party Hard fun and challenging while mixing it up with a style of play. Ghetto still keeps the theme of Kill them all but its not the main goal at all. Rather, the goal is to kill people to get money so you can lure away the guard dogs protecting the drug dealer so you can in turn kill him. Police Department is dedicated stealth. Hide in cabinets to watch the police patrol patterns while you find all the keys to get to the Police Chief. Porno is the return of Kill them all style but this time with a new item to use and boy are you going to need it with the amount of open areas and crowded people in this map. I mean, there is SWAT, FBI, Camera Guards, and even a Military Guard, all of which will kick you♥♥♥♥♥to hell and back if you don't deal with them cleverly. So make sure to take it nice and slow when you play, don't want to ruin a near perfect run. Lastly is High Crime, a mix bag of dedicated stealth, kill them all, a puzzle section, and a boss fight. A ♥♥♥♥ing boss fight. In a stealth game. Sign me up. While there isn't as much bright neon colors and 80's esque feels to it, this perfectly reflects the story considering that the city is corrupted with a police force that seems to encourage crime and not care to take care of any problems anymore which is mostly likely an effect of the Party Hard Killers toll in the base game. The music this time around however, is definitly a step up from the base game with tracks that fit each level perfectly. High Crimes may have a few flaws at launch, but Pinokl Games is hard at work fixing any and all bugs as quick as they can while also offering some new content such as a local Multiplayer and a new character, coming soon. Personally, the only flaw with High Crimes might be the price. With only 4 levels for 4.99 USD, that may seem a bit steep for some but a challenging game really makes it all feel worthwhile. I also see the price as being a way to support the devs who care alot about their product and want to see become great as they keep bug fixing the game while adding new content here and there WHILE working on Party Hard Tycoon, a spin off game and maybe even Party Hard 2. Either way, High Crimes is a definite improvment over the base came by mixing up the gameplay here and there to provide a fun, challenging, and groovy experience.. Ok, so about this DLC:1- Unless you want to play full price to support the devs, get it when it's on sale. The gameplay's pretty fun, but 5 bucks for 4 levels is a bit steep.2- It's pretty glitchy. If you thought the original game was too buggy, you're going to hate this DLC. Especially level three-sometimes your cop "sidekick" won't register a target, and every now and then he astral projects off the map for a minute. But if you don't really care about minor glitches, this DLC is great.3- Ignore the people saying it's too hard-I suck at the game and I beat this DLC in a little less than 3 hours. They just don't understand the mechanics and give up before they figure them out.4- It's not multiplayer. I played the base game and the DLC alone, so this didn't affect me, but if you're looking to play with a friend stick to the original.5- The different mechanics are actually pretty fun. I personally enjoyed playing to the new objectives, and it freshens up the game.Overall, this is a pretty good DLC. Just make sure you're not expecting more of the same from the original game, and give it a chance if it glitches out.. It's totally worth the every penny! The story in this one is much better than the main game and game mechanics... Oh my... They are GREAT! The changes they made with this DLC turns this game into a fun game instead of a repetitive and boring one. Especially after playing all those repetitive levels in main game. Plot is really interesting, deep and mechanics are really different from the main game. I'd recommend this to everyone who wants to experience a better Party Hard!. The DLC is a fantastic addition to the game. It adds a bunch of new mechanics and gameplay. Although it had a rough start with the bugs, the developers are on top of the game, making sure that the game works as intended. With all of the updates and tweaks that the developers rolled out, it really fixed the game, so the bugs listed before are pretty much gone. But as for the DLC itself, each stage introduces something new. Large maps, new missions, and a new story really change the way the game was meant to be played. Previous review: (This dlc throws a lot of new mechanics at you, and its neat. Now if only it weren't as buggy as it is, this would get a positive rating. I can't enter any shortcuts, the game keeps me at the end stats when complete a stage. It's really difficult to play with all the bugs. However, if they were fixed, it would be a cool dlc, since it completely changes the game with the new stuff it throws at you). When I originally posted this the boss on level 4 for virtually impossible to beat. RNG for where he moved and how fast he fired, with barely any warning for when he would. Not a day later, the Devs do a patch and ask me to try again.Now. Party Hard isn't built for bosses. Being one shot killed kind of doesn't flow well together with it.Thanks to the update they have done, the boss is now somewhat more reliable to beat. More warning for when he's about to fire, and a bit more time between shots, these two little things make a huge difference. So I'm turning my review from thumbs down to thumbs up. I don't like the boss fight, but with devs this willing to make changes and so quickly, that's exactly the type of people you should want to support. People willing to interact with their community. That's the reason I bought the dlc in the first place. To support these guys, and this small little update, only reassures my mindset.Original Review:I bought this dlc mostly to support the devs.It adds some new mechanics and things which are nice. But the boss fight it adds to the 4th level is absolutely terrible. Relying on RNG completely to be able to beat it. (I could not beat it after an hour of trying.)Worth it if you want to support the game, but if you want better content, wait until the Party Hard Tycoon.
